Terms of Service
Brykon International provides wholesale supply of meat, poultry, and frozen products to businesses across South Africa. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we aim to fulfill all orders, Brykon International reserves the right to adjust quantities based on available stock.
Pricing
Prices are provided on a weekly basis and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Order Processing
Orders are processed through Head Office and prepared for dispatch from cold storage facilities. Processing times may vary depending on demand and stock levels.
Delivery
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from order confirmation. While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Invoicing
Invoices are generated upon release of stock for dispatch. Payment terms will be agreed upon with approved customers.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. Once signed, the responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer.
Product Quality
Brykon International is committed to supplying quality products. Any issues with product quality must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Sourcing of Products
Additional product requests not listed may be sourced on behalf of the customer. Pricing and availability will be confirmed before supply.
Amendments
Brykon International reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
